The Neo Vertika loft condominium is the latest addition to the Miami River skyline. Located on the south bank of the Miami River, it features a unique architectural design with exposed basic materials such as concrete, block, steel and glass.  A fabric structure with simple lines and pure shape was a natural finishing touch.  The simplicity of shape and exposed structural materials of the fabric structure complement the design of the whole building.
